What we do?

We specialize in the manufacturing of spot welding electrodes, little copper 'finger tips' that are used in automotive robotic welding, as well as other copper welding products. Our customers include nearly every major automotive manufacturer in the world. In addition to electrodes, we also manufacture other welding accessories such as adapters and shanks in addition to high precision formed parts such as contacts and connectors.
We believe in creating a sustainable future through efficient use of resources and minimizing waste. We are known in our community as a helping hand to all including People In Need to helping our local school districts with items the kids may need to help them succeed. Positions & Shifts
We run a 24/5 operation Monday - Friday with three shifts. We offer a 5 % shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- First shift is 8am - 4pm
- Second shift is 4pm - 12 midnight
- Third shift is 12 midnight - 8 am.
Operates a variety of machines used in the manufacturing of Formed Products to include: screw machines, davenports, CNC, nose machines, PFM, presses, drill press, and thread rollers. Operators are responsible for the quality of the parts using different measuring techniques as in micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, microscope, etc. and entering data into the data collection system. Ability to use mathematical reasoning and problem-solving
techniques to solve problems, read and use written text when text is unclear or
not targeted to appropriate audience, solve problems with machines and
equipment including mechanics, observe a process noticing details, remembering
instructions, procedures, processes, and demonstrations in order to generalize
the process which may be similar or very different from what was observed,
compare, summarize, and analyze information found in charts, graphs, tables,
forms, flowcharts, diagrams, floor plans, maps, and instrument gauges, and the

Perform all functions necessary for the successful operation of assigned Header machines including setups to assure efficiency and productivity in producing a high quality product. Header operator must have the ability to use mathematical reasoning and problem solving techniques to solve problems, to read and use written text, to solve problems with machines and equipment including electricity, mechanics, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics, observe a process noticing details, remembering instructions, procedures, processes, and demonstrations in order to generalize the process which may be similar or very different from what was observed, ability to compare, summarize and analyze information found in charts, graphs, tables, forms, flowcharts, diagrams, floor plans, maps and instruments, and ability to apply mechanical principles and concepts. Capable of proficiently operating 2 of the 7 Tool Room work centers such as: surface grinding, ID/OD grinding, roll grinding and profile grinding, CNC form grinding, CNC lathe, die sinker EDM and electrode lathe, wire EDM, engine lathe. Ability to plan set-up and operation of various machine tools to produce new or rework tooling to exacting tolerances and specifications, must be able to perform complex mathematical equations, ability to solve problems with dies and equipment, use various types of gauging equipment (veriners, micrometers, bore gauges, sine bars, solve problems with dies and equipment, ability to communicate in written and oral form detailed information, guidelines to various audiences to ensure they understand the information, and the ability to objectively analyze a situation, make a decision in order to execute that decision.
